Putt for Dough
The phrase “drive for show and putt for dough” was on display this weekend in Hazeltine. Tiger Woods blasted some three hundred fifty yard-plus drives, but did not have his usual success on the putting green with ten yard and shorter putts. Sometimes, it is true, these things are just a stroke of bad luck, but Tiger exemplified a mistake amongst many golfers.

By learning to spend time on the golf putting green while still practicing on the golf alignment mat or golf mat at the driving range, your game will improve considerably. You can even practice at home with limited flight balls if you prefer.
